  • Our hotel complies with the standards for the protection of minors. To ensure safety and compliance with regulations, during check-in, the hotel staff will verify the identity of the child and the guardian relationship between adults and minors whenever possible. Therefore:
    • The receptionist may ask for a photo ID, such as an identity card, passport, or other accepted document.
    • If a child is traveling without legal guardians, written permission for their stay at the property is required.

Do złożenia rezerwacji wymagane jest podanie danych karty lub wpłata zadatku 30% za pośrednictwem systemu płatności online. W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji lub niepojawienia się w obiekcie w dniu przyjazdu karta zostanie obciążona 30% wartości rezerwacji lub przepadnie wpłacony zadatek 30%. Modyfikacja rezerwacji jest możliwa do 14 dni przed datą przyjazdu.
