  • Individual diets must be reported 3 days before the start of the stay. The diet involves an additional fee of 40 PLN / per day.

  • Our hotel complies with child protection standards. To ensure safety and compliance with regulations, during check-in the hotel staff, whenever possible, verifies the identity of the child as well as the caregiver relationship between adults and minors. As a result:
    • The reception staff may request to show an identification document with a photo, such as an ID card, passport, or other accepted document.
    • In the case where a child is traveling without legal guardians, a written consent for their stay at the property is required.

Do złożenia rezerwacji wymagane jest podanie danych karty lub wpłata zadatku 30% za pośrednictwem systemu płatności online. W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji lub niepojawienia się w obiekcie w dniu przyjazdu karta zostanie obciążona 30% wartości rezerwacji lub przepadnie wpłacony zadatek 30%. Modyfikacja rezerwacji jest możliwa do 14 dni przed datą przyjazdu.
